We offer specialist guided deep sea fishing trips in the Gulf of Mexico.

We have a broad range of fishing methods. The offshore waters of South Padre Island offer an excellent opportunity for catching some great fish. Whether you are a novice or an experienced angler, we can accommodate all levels of experience. Depending on the season we can fish structure for snapper, amberjack or grouper. If fishing for a trophy is more your style, we can troll for pelagics, like tuna, wahoo, sailfish, mahi mahi, or even blue marlin.

Captain Jesse Delgado

An avid outdoorsman, Jesse Delgado has been charter fishing offshore of South Padre Island for the last thirteen years. Coming from a shrimping family, Jesse has been on the water his entire life. When he's not fishing in the gulf, he's either on his bay boat chasing redfish and trout or guiding hunting trips for whitetail deer, wild hogs, and nilgai in the South Texas brush. Don't bother asking him what he watched on tv yesterday, he was most likely fishing or hunting.

I started offshore fishing in the Gulf professionally in 1992. Over the years I have enjoyed watching people catch some great fish. I love to see first timers and old salts hook up with the fish of a lifetime. Whether snapper fishing for a great dinner or chasing billfish for sport, a deep sea fishing charter aboard the "Miss Directed" or "Miss Guided" aims to please.

Growing up in the South Padre Island area, Mark is an accomplished outdoorsman. He has hunted and fished professionally for the last seventeen years, and has fished the waters around South Padre Island all of his life. He loves to share his thrill of sport fishing, whether it's chasing billfish or filling the box with snapper.
